Requirements:

ASP.Net, SQL Server 2005, Oracle DB Programming, Object Oriented Design/Development required; VB.Net, XML,    Visual Source Safe, Web Services a plus.
Complete SDLC experience in .Net technologies like requirement analysis (technical Specification/documentation),    Design, coding, bug fixing, testing, production support, enhancement to existing application.
Candidates must have experience in ASP.Net (2.0 preferred); SQL Server (2005 preferred); Object Oriented    design/development; and be someone who is a self starter with strong problem solving skills.
Someone with good communications skills and someone who can work well in a team environment are also    necessary.

5+ Years Required:

Requirements definition and analysis: Collects and researches specific client requirements for projects, identifies    requirements, gathers workflow data and basic system and reporting specifications for all benefits related    business needs.
Develops, implements, and supports common business processes and tools. Recommends basic alternatives to    address problems. Documents requirements in Functional Designs.
Project planning and execution: Participates in project management process, including participating in project    meetings. May document issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from project meetings.    Performs a variety of project related activities, including analysis or preparation of documentation and    presentations.

Manages, guides, oversees, and mentors the PS FSCM Test staff.
Builds and maintains successful working relationships with both IT and Business testing teams.
Ensures SOX compliance.
Overall responsibility for system and integration test plans and execution.
Responsible for the support activities for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure necessary metrics are reported for the test activities to support effective decision making.
Ensures implementation of the established methodologies processes, standards and tools within the context of    the appropriate project delivery process.
Manages the overall test project plan, time tracking, defect management, issue resolution, and risk management.
Must have 5-10 years.
First line ERP test management, prefer PeopleSoft.
Experience managing matrixes teams.
Excellent written and oral communications: much of our work is via teleconference so managing work across a    virtual organization is a must.
Excellent negotiating skills - must be able to work with a wide array of leaders with competing agendas.
Must be able to work in a high pressure environment.

Skills:

Lead the effort in the design, creation and implementation of an automated regression test framework for the PS FSCM project.
Apply appropriate automation technologies to meet the short and long term goals of the PS FSCM testing team.
Guide QA team members in the development and execution of automated test cases. Review and communicate automated test case results.
Must have 8 years: Quick Test Pro scripting and automation framework design.
